How it works:

1) You will need to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement and pre engagement letter.

2) The team will then commence an initial consultation at no cost over the current suppliers for products and services in your business.

3) You will then be provided with a preliminary estimate of what we can save you in costs. If happy we will arrange for an agreement to be sent.

4) Once the agreement is signed, the procurement team will commence the full service. This will consist of:

• In depth analysis of savings to be made.

• Negotiations on your behalf with suppliers.

• Facilitation of new contracts awarded or variations to existing.
